.: Bangkok 2012 :. Day 1

4 August is my 1st day in Bangkok `

is a first trip for me and old mate ~ 

Of cos with my love too in BKK

^^ is the earliest flight ~ 

and we reach BKK around 10 am  

But after all the check in ``

Ding Ding and Dong Dong `` 

is almost 12 pm when we reach the hotel ~ 

"Ten Star Inn"

The BKK airport is huge ` 

and we choose to take train 

instead of taxi ~ 

Taxi rate is 500 baht to Pratunam =)

Maybe is time to be a part of local ~ 

Our hotel is near by the last station 

"Phaya Thai" in Purple colour

After the station ~ 

u may take taxi ~ if u ar 1st time visit ` 

** better choose to run in meter 

** if without meter around 100 baht is reasonable

The Airport is huge and clean =)

Is time to catch train !!

From here we go to our hotel is around 5 minute ~ 

we check in and settle down our stuff ~ 

And here we go Chatuchak market for lunch ~ 

Omg !! so HOT ! lets order a mango juice (40 baht)~

We oder pork fried rice , shrimp fried rice and a tom yam Gong ~ 

Each of the dish is not more than 100baht

Pork Fried rice is yummy !! 

Tom Yum Gong is a must TRY!

After we are fully charged ~ 

Lets move on 

This shop above is selling cow leather handbag ~ 

the design, colour are so nice ~ 

But abit expensive ~ 

a small ceiling porch is around 400 to 600 baht

Here is not just about shopping ~ 

there are nice food too` =) 

Lets try coconut ice cream (30 baht)

with 3 scopes and 3 different topping =)

 Around 4 pm ~ we think to go to Chocolate Ville

But too bad, the location is dam far from the city centre ` 

and we worry ` the taxi driver would charge us expensively ~ 

hahaha so we decided to stay at Pratunam area ~ 

We went to someway near by Central World to have our dinner

Is almost sunset =)

On the way from Pratunam Fashion Mall 

you will pass by the bridge and 

you will find many local foods

all along the way to central World

The ikan bakar (150 baht) 

Tom Yam Gong ( 150 baht)

La la (100baht)

The shrimp (100 Baht)

We are really full ! The food is so NICE

The traffic in BKK is congested ~ 

weekday they have office hour ~ 

Weekend they have shopping hour !
